Sapori 1832 is one of the oldest brands of fine pastry products. It was back in 1832 when Dr Virgilio Sapori began producing Panforte, founding a small pastry bakery in Siena.
Almost two centuries have now passed since the birth of that small artisan workshop: two hundred years in which a mindset of constant renewal has succeeded in keeping the ancient Tuscan tradition alive. It has done so by proposing a range of new, delicious fine pastry products, ideal for enjoying every day alongside its typical sweet treats such as Panforte, Ricciarelli, Cantuccini and Cavallucci.
